And not even with Chai's additions, at that.
She was not in distress? Fair enough. But she was alone by herself anyway; there is no way he could infer she had a Mother. She put no resistance to his taking her; that is consent folks!
The mother has no right to complain about losing a child if they left her unattended and the girl has, apparently, a little trouble to decide who she wants to spend the day with. Either don't leave her unattended, or make her more self-reliant!
And yeah, calling a sex crime specialist is so appropriate, after all taking a 3yo's hand is raping her and killing her soul
I am not saying he is a hero. All I am saying is he did nothing wrong at all.
