It's more hebes getting stung, busted, locked up

1. The State doesn't necessarily draw all the same distinctions often drawn here. Legally, a minor is a minor.
2. Older children and teens are more susceptible to peer pressure and hormonal fluctuations that might lead to a hebe getting sold out.
3. Older children and teens are arguably more likely to behave seductively, to initiate and pursue sexual relationships. They tend to have more opportunities to do so.

I'm not saying that pedos in a narrower and/or more exclusive sense have it easier, though. That would be idiotic. A physical cell isn't the only type of prison that can be built. We also see fewer women getting set up, caught or busted, but female girl-lovers/girl-lusters don't have it easier. Prison isn't the only threat - for example, others in touch with politically incorrect desires are told that they don't exist at all! We vary in our circumstances and some of the challenges that we experience but they still affect our lives.
