To me, a turn-on would be un-wiry boys dressing up like little girls, in dresses and panties. And a neat thing about boys is that, hypothetically, they can be easily and quite visibly aroused.
As a side-note, (and I'm not the first one to say it) Kinsey would most likely be in jail if he dared to do the kind of hands-on research he did on child sexuality, today.
