However do me the similar favor of assuming that I'm in favor of Free-Markets; not ones protected by states in the interest of "Free-Markets."

It's important to consider that unlike much of what Dissident advocates, markets are known to develop spontaneously even in the absence of a State, or opposition therefrom. No coercive apparatus is inherently necessary even at the start.

The Agora does not need the State; however, the State does need the Agora.

Every product or service provided by the State could plausibly be provided more competitively in the Agora, particularly in the absence of anti-competitive red tape, tariffs, duties, licensing fees, cartelization via political intrigue, etc. How can I say this with confidence? Because to a great extent, this is already true on the gray and black markets, despite price distortion due to massive repression by the State.
