The little alien child Askama from Mary Doria Russell's The Sparrow, although her species is naked throughout the book so that one might be tricky. Lucy Pevensie from The Chronicles of Narnia, perhaps snuggling up with Mr. Tumnus. (Well, hell, she does marry him later, doesn't she?) Candy Quackenbush from Clive Barker's Abarat series might be fun, even though at 16 she is a bit old for me. I could make her look younger though. Newt from Aliens--that would be complex if I added xenomorphs, but it would be a nice challenge for me. Winter Moran from the Miracleman comics series. How did I forget her earlier?! Also naked, but dammit, I want to do a Miracleman poster! That would be so freakin' sweet! I can already see how I'd do that one--stippled in ink.
