Maybe, but a hair-trigger isn't always a bad thing, like if the figurative firearm is pointed at someone who mocks as delusional the very possibility* of gays (and by logical extension, women, since it is gays' ostensible effeminacy that is supposed to make them effete) taking up arms to defend themselves.

Your mockery of the very suggestion that those prissy queens can fight highlights a larger dynamic uniting statism with paternalistic (albeit with Daddy State replacing more traditional patriarchs) sexism and homophobia. You should get along swimmingly with statist feminists and politically correct gay activists though -- you know, the same ones who forgot about little details like empowerment and instead squander their time in State-funded universities dribbling on about pedophilia, along with rape, being "about power, not sex."

*Never mind that the notion that gays can employ defensive violence (or even violence for offensive warfare) is not only non-delusional, but historically accurate. e.g. the aforementioned Sacred Band of Thebes and Stonewall Rioters.
