America, Canada, Denmark -- they're all socialist welfare states, differing only by degree and domain.

And firearms ownership isn't a particularly meaningful statistic without taking rural vs. urban population distribution into account. Owning a firearm has different permutations if you live in inner-city Chicago than it does if you live in rural Finland.
