As you know, I for one believe in ultimate and unconditional parental authority, but I do not expect any external power to actually enforce it. Why the hell should they? That is for the parent and the parent alone to govern because it is a DOMESTIC matter, not an inter-public matter. You seem to assume that nearly every parent sees the state as working in support and as one with them. But count me right out of that. The state is my complete enemy and always was.
