As always, I agree with much of what you say...

...but I believe that if black rights, women's rights, and gay rights could be achieved (at least to a great extent) within the context of the current system, then so could youth rights. I agree that we are likely to end up in a totally fascist system if the current system is allowed to continue, but the fact remains that the vast majority of people do not want to give up on the current system, and because of this the present system is likely to continue throughout our lifetimes. Hence, for as long as it continues to exist we have to do the best we can to keep it as conducive to civil rights as possible while continuing to advocate for an entirely new system.
