It has been a long long dry spell for me. I don't go to Malls anymore Pantyshopping, as it is too dangerous. Too many angry Moms out there watching carefully to see if anyone is looking at little girls. She had a little dress on, and I managed to get a seat across from her at one point, and watched her knees. She seemed to know what I was looking for, and lifted up one leg to tie her shoe. She didn't seem to mind at all where I was looking, and it seemed to excite her somewhat.

Later on in the day, it was time for me to go, and I saw she was out on the swings. I walked over towards her when I noticed she had her dress pulled up to her Waist! Yes, she was letting me see All of her panties, all I wanted. I walked closer, but then her Brother spied what she was doing.

He rushed over and tried to pull her dress down as I walked closer.
They struggled, she trying to keep it pulled up, and he trying to pull it down. He was yelling at her to "cover up!" She just shouted "NO!"

I knew this could only end badly if I got too close, so I reversed my course and walked away. When she saw me going, she allowed her dress to come down. And that was that.

Of course, I never saw her again. Such a shame. Here was a beautiful girl who So Badly wanted me to see her Panties, and her brother ruined it all for us!
