The libertarians I've met in real life have also been the most vocal proponents of killing pedophiles.

I've found that libertarians tend to be like atheists in this regard.

Some are the most open to understanding us, others - who have adopted a sort of civil religion - are the most close-minded.

Also, Heinlein was doubtless a product of his time (who is not?), but many of his stories show a clear predilection for young girls. Also for redheads with green eyes.
