I said I wouldn't make any more posts in this thread and there hav been lots of things I've wanted to reply to, but I decided to bite my tongue. I did want to respond to this last thing though:

What you often take as insults surprises me. I see it as constructive criticism, and it's often you guys who begin the insults (the ad hominem attacks), not me. Claiming something about the perceived nature of GC is not insulting; it is an observation about what I believe needs to change. You can disagree, but by calling it insulting it is clear that you are the one getting emotional in this debate. Perceptions are strongly influenced by emotions. Secondly, I do love GC, and just because I see flaws in it doesn't mean I should abandon it, should I? Did you move out of the U.S. when Bush was in office? I'm not a coward. I don't run from something just because I might not agree with everything it offers, nor would you. Don't be a hypocrite by suggesting I do what you would never do.
