Does this apply to street cams too?

Of course, street cameras film police-civilian interaction all the time too. Does that mean that they will have to take them out of the streets now? Or only that the officers will have to carry a EM interfering device so that filming isn't possible (of course, the level of radiation it produces is not safe in the long term, but hey, what's cancer compared to being filmed brutalizing a motorist?).
