You said "providing." What you require be provided is a fact; a certainty.
I can make all sorts of claims if I precede them with the tautological "providing." But RL doesn't give us those "providings" prior to rash action.
You say you understand a beating "provided" that the kid was actually molested against his will.
OK, demonstrate your omniscience prior to your agreement with the action, otherwise, please stop cadging your statements based on what neither you, nor likely he knew prior to the one known certainty; that a man was beaten.
In short, your have-it-all-ways statement says that you agree with his action provided that circumstances established after the fact make it something you would agree with. Unless of course it turns out otherwise, in which case you disagreed with it all along.
Sorry, ethical thinking doesn't allow you to wait until everything is provided in order to decide what principles are just. And it certainly doesn't allow for do-overs when it comes to beating the crap out of your fellow human beings.
But then again, your endless caveats and follow-up posts seem to indicate a love of do-overs and no playing for keepsies. Unfortunately, responsible actions don't come with a start-again button.
As for the last paranoid outburst, WTF?
You really need to get your defamatory impulses under control. Just because you're frustrated, doesn't mean that others are working any juju on you from a f**kin' Message Board. Get a grip.
