I understand what you're saying here, and agree.

But I still think that providing the molestation did accur (and was proved to occur, by direct admission from the perp or by trial), that the way judge handled this perfectly.

I'm really am not advocating for parents to jump to conclusions or to make rash decisions. BUt since what was done was done, and providing it was proved that the dude did infact molest, then justice was served.
