The right is longer inferred.
Interesting... I wonder what other rights we will need to invoke. What others might no longer be assumed? Isn't that why they are called RIGHTS, because they are there to protect us no matter what? Now, in order to have this right, you must know of it, and know you need to speak out if you want to be protected by it.
