Since the believed Supreme Court just gave that lovely ruling on civil commitment recently, I thought I'd share with you their next 'good-time'.

In a 5-4 ruling, more yeas from Conservatives, they have ruled that in order to take advantage of the right to remain silent you have to say to interrogator's that you don't want to answer their questions or that you refuse to answer.

The right is longer inferred.

Interesting... I wonder what other rights will need to invoke. What others might no longer be assumed? Isn't that why they are called RIGHTS?
