Why, though? What survival programming is there in it? Xenophilia helps spread the DNA to allow for diversity (better survival rate in hard times.) Xenophobia helps populate the local tribe, promoting closer cooperation.
Two different survival schemes.
But for me, why is one segment of me blatant xenophilia opposite a different segment of me blatant xenophobia? I like asian children but not african, not indian/pakistani. And of course, I like my own race.
