Sun Reporter: Cynical.

Night club owner: Probably a bit cynical and a bit clueless. He didn't allow the girl to strip where anyone could see her based on a fake ID, and he DID turn her away the next night when she didn't bring the better ID he had asked for.

The Police: Cynical. They'll make a big investigation because this has hit the newspapers, and then, depending on how the public is feeling that day, they'll decide whether to cause the owner trouble or not.

The girl: probably not saved from a life of prostitution.
