He hasn't. Stitches was probably thinking about his own sexual fantasies about young girls and confused those with Sancho's statements.

If he reads this post, he'll probably be fantasizing about me next. I'm fine with that, but I should warn him that he is likely to be disappointed if he ever meets me in real life.
