First of all, since when does Sancho make sexually explicit posts about A? I read all of his GMs involving A, and Stitches is being highly biased (as expected) to say that Sancho is less than honorable with his love and affection for A simply because there is a sexual component to his interest in her. Simply saying that A is now becoming a young woman by developing her secondary sexual characteristics is not being "sleazy" unless he used crude street language to make the description, and I have never read any post of his about A where he spoke of her in a disrespectful, crude manner. You don't have to be a good or eloquent writer to speak respectfully about young people, and Sancho is one of the people on this board who has proven this over and over again. His affection and love for A is very evident in all of his posts, and the fact that he finds her physically attractive doesn't detract from this. The fact that he doesn't act on his attraction is something that also should be taken into consideration by all the 'haters' out there. As for Stitches' contention that A would feel awful if she knew that Sancho may say (for instance) that she looks good in a swimsuit to a bunch of "perverts" like us...why does Stitches always assume that younger people can be nothing but repulsed if someone finds their bodies attractive simply because the people happen to be significantly older? The young female form has been recognized as beautiful and sensually appealing for as long as human beings have been producing art. I think it's quite possible that a young adolescent girl can find it flattering if an adult man finds her physically attractive even if she is not herself an androphile. Stitches does not know A personally, so she has no way of knowing how the girl would feel about adult men finding her physically attractive. As for who respects young people more, antis or MAAs--well, I have covered that before, so I will make this brief: is the full recognition of young people as citizens and their great potential a sign of disrespect? And, conversely, is the societal belief that all young people under the Magic Age are totally helpless without adult control and totally incapable of voting, consenting to sexual activity, making many of their own decisions, not deserving of privacy, etc., in any way respectful of them? And I would also like to remind Stitches and her cohorts that the term "pervert" is very subjective. It's an emotionalistic word that is based on moralizing value judgments that have nothing to do with nature. The issue of libel has already been well-discussed in this thread so I really have nothing more to add to it. ![]() ![]() |
