Ping: Everyone interested in the Story Drive

I just wanted to say a few things about the story drive.

For one thing, I am glad that I was able to help renew interest in people submitting stories and poems to the story drive page. I encourage all of you to continue submitting to it.

One thing, though. I have noticed that recently a few people have been attempting to do a "test run" of their stories by posting them on the board rather than simply submitting them to NFiH. Please do not do this, people. As Kero recently reminded you, stories and poems need to be submitted to our webmaster so that he can read them thoroughly and make sure they are acceptable for GC. I wanted to say this since I may have been guilty of encouraging these postings by test running my recent essays as posts on the board. However, essays are quite a bit different from fiction writing. It's easier to be sure that you are not breaking any of the rules around here with essays than is the case with fiction. Just wanted to give you guys a reminder, and I also want to thank everyone who are now composing both essays and fiction for our community.
