Children can be heroes

Guys, how about instead of a depressing story describing abuse of kids I instead link to an Associated Press article about something that is incredibly uplifting and showing some of the great potential that even pre-pubescent children have? A seven year old boy who may very well have saved the lives of his parents and younger sister (yep, there is a LG involved in this story) by dialing 911 when two armed gunmen broke into his home. This boy proved fully capable of handling such a tremendous crisis situation, and he pulled his sister into a locked bathroom with him as he used a cell phone to call 911. The bears were there within minutes, and the gunmen fled as soon as the boy informed them he called the cops (after they broke into the bathroom). This is the type of story that I would like to see linked here more often rather than the usual depressing stuff about kids being abused.
