I am not aware of what was posted last week. But as far as I know, videos of official commercial music videos are allowed (no matter who they are of (young or old). I am also pretty sure any video of live concert clips of commercial artists are too allowed. Pictures of young artists are only allowed if there is a news article that goes along with it.
Unfortunately (but understandably so) pictures and vids of non-celebrity young people are not allowed.
Unfortunately they have to be celebs.
Well that should help to answer some of your questions I hope.
