I get pretty pissed of at the idea 'norms' in general, as well.

To my mind, it only serves to set up an instant, often indiscriminate, stigmatization...

There never has been, nor ever will be, a proper way to define 'normal'.

If anyone's 'the way they are', it's just as natural as anything else. I really wish that people could actually deal with that concept.
