Now, I would imagine that there are several churches named after Saint Francis, but the most famous Cathedral of San Francisco is in Quito, Ecuador.

Also, the French Horn was invented in Bohemia, which later became part of Czechoslovakia. The German horn, or English horn as some would have it, is not quite the same thing. I checked this with three different histories of musical instruments before I posted it, since there was some ambiguity.
