I see your point here, Stahn. It is possibly how they think, that the older someone gets, the more likely they will be to have contacted stds. But these people should realise that many 20 year olds will have already been sleeping around a lot as well and might have had stds for quite a while anyway. I know that in the unfettered sexually permissive current day Western society anything is ok to do (provided that "Magic Age" has been reached first though!) then it can only be generally assumed that the older one becomes the more likely they will have contacted stds. Nonetheless, most 20 year olds are certainly not knew to their sexual gallivanting about the place and so they still pose as a good risk for having stds. Maybe they also worry about "what if they eventually married?" She might be left widowed too long when he dies"?

But I do think that it is probably really all about plain old prejudice against chronophilia. And different peoples definition of it will vary a lot, including those who believe a 20 yo with a 13 yo old is some degree of chronophilia.
