Are you making sure that A has a packet of Hotshots in her handbag? Remember, conception can occur two weeks before menarche, so this warning signal can be too late if it does not come (before childbirth).

Of course, papillomavirus vaccination is also useful. Could it be possible to immunize boys against it? But Hotshot is more important, because a virgin boy cannot transmit HPV yet can make babies.
