What a refreshing bunch of comments those were. Almost all of the posters actually had some (*gasp*) logical reasoning skills. Who would have thought? Maybe people aren't as dumb as it seems. On the topic of the article, though, it just doesn't make much sense. AFAIK, "downloading", in the legal sense of the word, means transferring data from one computer (server) to another computer (client). Whether you save or print the file once it is on your machine is irrelevant. So the whole premise of this bill is bogus (even assuming there was some CP-Tube service in existence). But I guess they'll say anything just to take a few more inches of freedom from the public. Peace & GirlLove Mr.DOB
