I love what you've said here, LGL. I feel very close to the exactly the same way. Except I'm not quite as content with myself as you seem to be. But oh well. Mayb ewith time, I'll get there.

I feel exactly on this. I myself have found this is so true. People all seem to want to be accepted and popular or trendy. And there all like unconscious. THey run about, having their little buddies pull them this or that way. They get pulled this or that way by the cell phones. Etc. Etc. Bot oh boy, Are they "on the go". They gotsta get there. Where is there? They don't really know. All they know is that when they get there, They'll have to get somewhere else, or maybe just drunk out there minds.
Yes oh Yes, I find them to be a real fucking let down. I used to feel like an outkast and slightly freakish (and still often do). But more and more, as time goes by, I feel like a sort of maybe invisible Scientist who's been "blessed" with the very lonely task of observing human life on planet earth. I watch them all run about, unconsciously. They don't see conscious me, because....well...I'm conscious and they aren't.
