When I was 21 I dated a 16 year old. Her parents adored me and let me and her spend the night together in her room. Its totally legal in this country - we can watch her strip and have sex with her. But as soon as I took a photo of her naked or while having sex (digital cameras were just coming in to their own back then) it would be totally illegal and I could face prison. I really think these laws need really sorting out.

Wasn't there a case where an American couple married legally in one state - went on their honeymoon to another state and he got arrested for statuory rape??
