Sexual discrimination makes sense sometimes

I mean, this still uses an age system so that's bad, but when referencing traditional heterosexual intercourse, there's much more of a physical risk to females, so it makes sense to be more conservative and protect them for a longer period of time, due to the enhanced danger of what is normally done, not to mention the tendency for a power imbalance between males and females.
