I just heard this and it made my tummy get in knots. where the hell where the parents and why did they have to have an effing snake for a pet....If DCF doesnt press hardcore charges on the parents I'm gonna pissed...That was clearly reckless child endangerment hell If I was the prosecuter I'd even go with child neglect, abuse, endgarment, and murder. If they don't prosecute the parents there IS no justice.
