A tech question

Does anyone know how to download a video from http://www.metacafe.com ? That site is not supported by an official Firefox add-on DownloadHelper.

Metacafe offers their own program Metacafe Pro, but I don't trust it: some people say it has viruses/virii or at least Adware.

Someone suggested somewhere that a Firefox add-on GetFlash is a better alternative. I don't trust it either: it is not mentioned on the official Firefox add-ons page.

Does anyone know the solution?
