More about Canada's 'Family violence initiative'

I've been reading a little bit more on the Canada "Family Violence Initiative" from the government website and for sexual abuse where it says:

"Sexual abuse and exploitation of children and youth occurs when an older child, adolescent or adult takes advantage of a younger child or youth[1] for sexual purposes, including for participation in prostitution, pornographic performances and in the production of pornography. Sexual abuse and exploitation is perpetrated on children of all ages, from infancy to adolescence.

Sexual activity includes all sexual contact ranging from sexual touching to sexual intercourse. Except for a narrow close in age exception,[2] all sexual activity with a child under the age of 14 is a criminal offence, regardless of the child's consent."

The [2] refers to a .pdf document which talks about the changes made in law since the 1800s, and at the "Policy considerations" paragraph of that document:

Because different individuals will reach physical and/or psychological maturity at different times, setting an age under which individuals cannot validly consent to sexual activity is an exercise that will be arbitrary to some extent. However, the public and the courts have thus far accepted it is also a valid exercise of Parliament's legislative powers.

And "arbitrary" it is being, there is no balance in these laws, it's all black, no white, very little grey, and based on A LOT of poor assumptions.

As for physical maturity, not all sex is about intercourse.

As for psychological maturity, well, education is the word.

Education and an open environment.

For example, in 1978 the Law Reform Commission of Canada said that, because children under 14 "may not have the experience or maturity to make decisions in their own best interests about their own sexuality, a case can reasonably be made to prevent their exposure to sexual activity regardless of their purported consent."[5]

Instead of educating the children and creating an open environment where the child can always express what it feels about anything relating to its sexuality, they decided to completely crush all sexuality except between each other (all ignorants one another), leaving the children ignorant and defenseless, therefore becoming perfect candidates for real abuse, manipulation and disappointments.

Instead of protecting the children like they claim wanting to they completely create the opposite, making the children defenseless and at the mercy of molestation at any time.

Because of the potential for physical and emotional harm from such experiences, the Supreme Court of Canada has also accepted that protecting female children from premature sexual intercourse "is a pressing and substantial concern."[6]

Sex is not just about sexual intercourse, and not all men want to do that practice to children.

Prevention leads to cutting some very important elements from life, I would say here that the way they prevent is harmful and not achieving its purpose. It's either "over-prevention", "over-protection", or simply not prevention at all, just the result of certain beliefs based on poor assumptions.

The 1986 Badgley Report also agreed that "society has a vital interest in ensuring that its naturally weaker members are protected by legal safeguards against the naturally stronger,

Sure, but don't kill the good also...

But wait, this is complete bullshit and only based on fears as always.

Children have natural defenses and are not as "weak" as what is being offered there, I can't refer to a particular study at the moment regarding this, but this is based on my own personal life experiences so far, what has been said there is IMO a very poor statement.

Well they have achieved the exact opposite, and am not the only one saying this, a psychologist wrote about this,

However, the same Report noted that "perhaps the most difficult legal issue is whether the criminal law strikes an appropriate balance between protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (based on poor assumptions), on the one hand, and permitting the sexual expression of young persons as they proceed through adolescence into young adulthood, on the other."

For sure, the children will be all messed up when entering adolescence with all the inaccurate facts, lies and disinformation they will have been filled with, having a very negative and scaring view of sexuality, and this being perpetuated endlessly as they will tell their kids that sex is wrong, not completely knowing why though, but Big Brother says it's bad and wrong, and Big Brother knows what's good for you, it has the public supporting them, and Big Brother will be very upset if it's not being followed, all this in order to prevent you from being hurt my child, in order for you to be mentally healthy and become a good productive member of society.

They surely will be productive members of society alright, they surely will be perfect candidates for psychologists and psychiatrists to earn a living, and also good for pharmaceutical companies...

But most people will think things are better than if there weren't these laws... Some will even go and recognize that they're based on poor assumptions, but will want to keep the lies alive in order to "protect the poor little children from the evil men monsters"...

Please.

You can't put love aside in order to justify some 'protection' of anyone without creating other (maybe bigger) problems.

They pretend to be better than what nature has done.

They are just messing up with it that's all.

There's certainly no 'balance' achieved anywhere right now with these laws, and they have failed miserably to achieve their goal of making things better I believe.

I don't want any of their "benefits and privileges" as they're only messing up things even more.

And they don't seem to see it nor wanting to change anything, they are the real creators of child abuse by keeping things this way and make things go underground, as sex with children has always existed, still exists, and will continue to exist no matter how big the punishments and shaming of men, you can't stop what's natural, you can't stop love from wanting to manifest itself, and right now love is being totally ignored like if it was not even a point to raise, they live in the cartoon world with their "poor naturally weaker members need protection from the stronger predators", it's a scenario for a bad horror movie, sounds very poor, puerile and is a complete insult to the human being's intelligence...

It is said that the legal system is a mockery... It surely is, and many are caught in it taking it very seriously, thinking they're so wise and "on it", deciding what's good for all the others, I'm not wanting to be pretentious here...

It's the biggest mockery of all, and the ones in it deserve the (hopefully) eventual deception, or awakening...

Until it happens if it ever happens it would be a good thing IMO to stop polluting the environment, the results of their poorly based child sexuality laws, and change them in order to let the human being's right for love to be able to manifest itself freely and unencumbered, to be able to be lived fully, a naturally-given intrinsic right that no one can take away without committing a crime, "it has to be arbitrary" is not true and leads to a crime, they want to prevent crimes with other crimes?

Go away Big Brother, stop molesting me.
