Our enemies know where we are hosted, but that is not necessarily the time zone the board is set to. GC used to be set to EST, if I'm not mistaken. If you are curious what time zone we're set to, make a preview post, note the time stamp and then look at the time it is in your time zone and figure our how much it's off by and bingo, then you'll know how far it is in relation to GMT, and you'll know the zone.

Alternately you can email NFiH and he might just tell you. Who knows?

I'd also point out that if NF had set the board to a certain time zone specifically to mislead antis, then he would not tell you at all, email or otherwise.

GC isn't going anywhere, so don't worry about what the antis know or don't know. Of course you could always ask them if you really wanna know what they think.
