I'm sorry to hear that you're in this predicament.
In an ideal world, fighting such an order would be the best route. Unfortunately your recent behavior in the past has been rash and in light of our present environment; self-destructive. ( Like going off on your young friend because she had a BF.) While you could definitely work on these issues, LGsinmyheart is right that involuntary commitment isn't ideally suited for working out such issues. Neither running nor submitting seem like very good options. But at least staying might provide an opportunity to understand what you can do to satisfy them that you aren't a danger, and to get them off your back. Becoming a fugitive hardly sounds like an improvement, and it may increase the likelihood of someone using your flight to demonstrate your state of mind. I wish you good luck either way.
