Who ever mentioned any emotional disorder? Not me, certainly.

The brain is hardware, the personality is software. Obviously it isn't purely either one of them.

A cognitive impairment is different than pedophilia. One is clearly a sensory disorder or something you can point to as a direct problem. The other is more like a disposition towards certain physical and mental characteristics associated with people whose bodies which have not begun maturation for procreation.

One is much more clearly hardware-predominant, the other is much more clearly software. The other factor is less predominant.

Now YOU show me your Ph.D., or at the very least source me to the breakthrough research that has made you so sure of this and which contradicts actual facts observed for decades in different settings.
