Actually, it's not. Our webmaster is the only one who can update the FAQ, as he is the only one with access to the server. We were also still debating having the waiting period be 4 or 6 months of regular posting, so we cannot make the change yet. Suffice it to say that what is in the FAQ simply isn't accurate.

I was really making a statement about the content of what is posted here.

There are a large variety of topics posted here at GC. If you want to discuss something specific, then start a new thread about it. If you do not like the topics that are being discussed, there is nothing stopping you from starting your own topic. Personally, I haven't seen much evidence of "gooey" emotional posts. By calling them "gooey", there is also the implication that there is something wrong with those kinds of posts (or those feelings). Perhaps that was not your intention, but it came across that way.

In any event, please just continue to post and when you may send us a chat request when you have posted for 3 months.
