I think that the reason we dont have cat protecting laws is because evereybody drives cars and we need them to function, However there are annimal protection laws, you cant purposefully run over a cat in your car but if it happens and its not your fault, as in it just ran out infront of the car then you wont be punished because you didnt decide to do it. However the act of sex with a child is a choice they dont overpower you and force you to have sex with them, I have read that pedophiles claim the child seduces them and this could well be true however you couldnt punch a child in the face just because it asked you to, maybe an adult but a child dosent understand the consqeuences of that, which could be a bent/broken nose which they then need fixing so they look normal again.

Perhaps though we should consider the sexual pleasure that the child will get from sex with the adult, I can honestley say myself that when I remembered me wanting sex with adults as a child that made me think that they would want it, it caused me lots of obsessing that I was a pedophile, then I thought well this is obviousley why its wrong because its making me think pedophillia is right and I dont want to be a pedophile because ill go weieder than I already am and wont be able to get a girl, could that be a reason for pedophillia being wrong? This is why i thought it was wrong however i may be wrong, i do believe that sex with a child can turn them into a pedophile and ill try and find some evidence for this.

I must say that I will always be on the side of againt pedophillia because I dont want to be a pedophile just as you (correct me if im wrong) would be allways on the side of for it because you want sex with children, if we could remove this bias then we could have a proper debate about this and come to an actual conclusion but still both retain out beliefes, I am quite afraid of being prooved wrong however im really quite interested in this as there I cant find an answer to this and most people dont want to discuss it.
