If you should bump into her again as I did once, I say it is quite worth the effort. I lost contact with my first lgf when she moved away. She was about 11. I saw her again when she was a ripe old 15 yrs old, and I must tell you it was a real blessing. I almost fell for her again, but she was in fact older, and she had goals and aspirations that I didn't admire any longer. When she was younger she wanted to be a rock star/model/actress. She wanted these things for all the reasons 11 yr olds do. At 15 her goals were the same, but he motivations where altogether different...she wanted money. Still...I wouldn't have traded that conversation for much. I say go for it!! |
