Many airlines as well, and fair enough too. Perhaps businesses just keep to the age old and saner tradition of adulthood begins at 12, in contrast to the insanity of modern LEGAL semantics. Actually one would wonder why restaurants don't charge MORE for 10 year olds rather than less than the full charge, seeing they eat like bloody HORSES at that age, lol. And airlines certainly do get a poor deal with half price fairs...afterall, a seat is a seat and a 3 year old needs that whole seat (even if they are smaller). The actual real reason why they allow the younger ones into restaurants, airlines and theaters for half fair is because they are using it as a sweetener to drag in whole families.
