Most movie theatres, restaurants, museums, and so on would agree that a 14 year old isn't a child. Usually child admission or meal prices you have to be either 10 or 12 and younger. Any older than that you must pay an adult price. Therefore, anyone older than 10 or 12 are adults according to businesses.
