You're probably right about their rising to some form of hero status in the eyes of many in the prison system. I'd say the majority of prison convicts are not known for their intelligence or reasoning ability. Although I have never been in prison, I spent some time in county jail years ago and their were definitely cliques of the ignorant and cliques of the more intelligent. This poor bastard hadn't even been to trial yet, he had only been charged. To put someone in prison for possessing and viewing CP is a Bull Shit law in any case. This does not mean I support the production of CP but from what I read there is more and more CP being produced and more and more people looking at it so obviously it isn't the solution and locking people up causes inestimable suffering not simply for the person locked up for years but their families and friends as well.
Technology is available today that high quality computer generated CP could be created that would satisfy many if not most of CP enthusiasts and not involve real children at all. For instance here is a little example of even some basic technology: http://www.daz3d.com/i.x/shop/itemdetails/-/?item=4452&cat=119&_m=d
I think she is quite cute.
Not quite the same of course but if it was legal it could be a viable alternative for many who could find satisfaction looking at imitation children in a sexual context.
I believe I originally reported this murder here on the board when it hit the news in Southern California. It began in the showers where he was "rat packed", beaten unconcious and then dragged past the guard station (where an officer was supposed to be monitoring the shower room) to a cell where they apparently all took turns continuing to beat him, most likely long after he was dead. And for what? So I am not sure who would be snitching on whom?
