My guess is that since freewebtown.com is a free hosting service it probably hosted many sites made by people with not too noble intentions, and just like email if someone is sending spam emails through your ISP server the entire server will get blocked by yahoo, hotmail etc, just because of one spammer, probably the same for http domains.
