WTF is "hurtcore" anyway?

I have no tolerance for "real" abuse of little girls. On the other hand, I have no faith or belief or trust in what the authorities or the "law" has to say about any matter that concerns us. I personally believe that 99% of what is called "sexual abuse" is nothing of the sort.
