What "the authorities said" (or what the media say what the authorities said) is not necessarily the truth. "Accused of" is not the same as "convicted of".
As the GLF Forum ⚠️ ↗ rules say: "Hier ist kein Platz für strafrechtlich relevante Aktivitäten jedweder Art!" ("This is not the place for any potentially illegal activities").
I have never seen anything posted on GLF remotely like what is alleged by these media reports.
