When a straight woman expresses sexual attraction towards a grown man, we do not assume a desire to copulate with him on her part.

I am not sure I understand. How does a "sexual attraction" NOT imply a sexual desire or a desire to have a sexual interaction? When woman express a sexual attraction they are most certainly expressing a desire.

Also I do not think most people are going to carry this line of thought out so specifically. When people hear you have a sexual attraction they WILL assume you want to have sex...whether it follows logically or not.

I do not have to restrain myself (deny a pressing urge to grope) with teenage boys, and my life does not revolve around my seducing of them.

If you have to refrain from certain activities with teenage boys, then that does not necessarily imply your life revolves around seduction.

Also if you have no desire to touch a teenage boy, then how can you qualify a sexual attraction to them? If you DO have a desire to touch teenage boys, then you most certainly have to restrain yourself. You either have a sexual desire or you don't.

I do not see why it should be any different with paedophilic heterosexuals - especially any ones who disagree with the whole concept of sexual intimacy with small girls.

When I'm working with an attractive girl and I see how tight her jeans fit her, I can't help but wanting to touch the hiney. I'm willing to admit I am a pedophile and yes I want a sexual interaction with a young girl.

This means touching her!!

If anyone says they don't want to touch a young girl then they can NOT claim to have a sexual attraction, nor do they fit the definition of the term "pedophile".

Heterosexual men restrain themselves from groping women every day, it is a part of living in a civilized society that respects other's individual space and dignity. Otherwise how many men do you think would love the chance to walk up to a nice ass and give it a squeeze regardless of the woman it belonged to? We are sexual creatures, you have to be realistic about that.
