I also get the strange feeling that our telierotic and geronterotic youth are somehow getting shut out in the cold here, but have no easy answers. Nonetheless, it might be really damned important to forewarn our mental health professionals that youth under 16 are another very real possibility of a person who does not fit the DSM criteria, yet does fit the mission of the site/alliance/organization/etc.

Drop the second question and rewrite the text to reflect this. The logical fallacy of the false dilemna does not deserve one damned bit of the credit you just gave it.

If you can fit a bit about the success profile and psychological health problems with "heterosexual conversion therapy" into a short offhand sentence, you might wish to add it.

I'd toss this in a new "for the general public" section, if you can find the other questions to flesh out such a section. Hell, even if not. Someone with such a question is less likely to be MAI than someone without, statistically, so... it's really in the wrong heading.
