Help?...WHERE????

Do they not get it that getting help leads us to a place as bad as getting arrested for something like this?
If there was good, help available that would be entrusted not to turn to LEO's I would take it! But we are so hated that I can't trust anyone for 'help'.

Would have like to have read this supposed book though.
